Pipeline X-Ray

Most B2B marketing teams don’t know if and how they’re driving revenue. Let alone how to scale it or prove it to the C-suite. Let’s take 4 weeks to change that.

1

What's Actually Generating Pipeline

Most reporting runs bottom-up: impressions, clicks, leads, and a hope that it ends in pipeline. We prefer top-down, following the money trail in the CRM. Start at closed clients and revenue and work back to what produced them, two years deep, by service, down to the source (sales, marketing, partner, referral) and then to the tactic and campaign.

2

Where Things Stall

For mid-market B2B, the hard part usually isn’t traffic and conversions. It’s leads that don’t become SQLs, SQLs that don’t become opportunities, opportunities that don’t close. We map rates and cycle time at each step, and tell you which one is costing you the most and what to do about it. Each break has its own explanation. Early in the funnel it’s usually targeting, qualification, or handoff speed. Closer to the opportunity stage, it’s budget, authority, need, or timing, and which one it is decides where you spend next.

3

Your Blind Spots

The gaps in your data, infrastructure, and process that are preventing better decisions.

Analytics that never tie back to the CRM, so you can’t tell which campaign brought someone ready to buy. Fields that default instead of evaluate. Stages nobody enforces, so an opportunity means something different depending on where it came from. No lead scoring, so sales spends its hours on the wrong leads. We tell you what’s missing, what it would take to fix, and which decisions you’re making blind until you do.

4

What to Do First

All of it ranked by revenue impact and level of effort, from quick wins to structural fixes, laid out on a six-month roadmap.

Not a list of findings. A sequence, with the revenue case for each move, that you can start on Monday and hand to whoever owns it.

The roadmap is written to be executed. If you want us to run it, that’s the engagement: matching the channel to the constraint, then re-running the analysis quarterly so each pass sharpens the last. If you’d rather run it yourself, the report stands on its own.

What the Report Looks Like

A sample spread, purpose-built on an Acme Co. dataset. Not a redacted client engagement.

Client Experiences

You can’t make decisions about what you want to do in the future if you don’t know how well you’ve done in the past. Getting some reporting set up was one of our early big wins. Visibility we were lacking.

What It Costs

$10,000

Fixed scope, fixed timeline. Launch pricing for our first engagements of 2026.

Credited Toward Execution

If you decide to have us execute the roadmap, the full $10,000 credits toward it.

Refund Guarantee

And if you don’t like the report, we’ll refund it, no questions asked.

Most X-Rays find enough misallocated budget to cover this several times over. The output is usually not a request for more money. It’s moving what you already spend to where it produces more.

How It Works

Week 1

A 60-minute briefing with you, plus read access to your CRM and analytics. If your data can’t support the analysis, you hear it in week one, not week four.

Weeks 2 and 3

The diagnostic, plus interviews with up to four people across marketing, sales, and rev ops.

Week 4

Written report, live walkthrough with your team, and a scoped recommendation covering what to fix first and who should own it.
